SPOOKY FAMILY FUN NIGHT!

SPOOKY FAMILY FUN NIGHT!

Jimena Feregrino, Diana Feliciano

Orchestra opened up the event with two great songs called “La Bruja” and “Night Rider.” After the amazing performance, the young Lanier girls  in the program Ready, Set, Teach announced the fun activites for the night. After the annoucements the families were told to go and get some yummy snacks which where tacos,  sugar bread, fruit  in a cup, and nachos, and some tasty drinks like horchata, hot coffee, or water for basic people. Then the kids got their face painted, started coloring skulls (even adults were coloring). But not only did the adults bring their inner child. Some people went to listen to the scary ghost stories. As dawn came close, they had a costume contest, but there was only four winners. The first place winner got an amazing prize. The rest of contestants got 5 Vahallas dollars and opened the viking store. Thanks to everyone who joined us that evening. Hope  to see your fun faces next month!
