Easy Recipe for Mac and Cheese

A Vital part in all of our lives. Yet, it seems like a lot of us don’t know how to prepare a good healthy meal. In this article, I will be teaching you how to prepare mac and cheese with pretty common ingredients that you probably have in your house.

It’s rather difficult to mess up with butter, cheese and pasta. But, for y’all that have little to no cooking skills, like me, here’s an easy Mac & Cheese recipe.


1 8 ounce box of elbow macaroni

2 oz. bar of cream cheese

1/4 cup of  butter

1/4 cups of all-purpose flour

2 cups of milk

2 cups of shredded cheese such as cheddar or Colby Jack (these cheeses aren’t required, but I strongly recommend using these)

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Black pepper

First of all, bring a large pot of  salted water to a boil. Pour the macaroni into mentioned pot and occasionally stir. Secondly, grab yourself another pan. In this pan, melt butter over medium heat. Then, pour cream cheese and stir until it’s well mixed. Stir  in flour, salt, and pepper until it’s well combined, which will take about five minutes or so. Then start pouring milk(slowly) into this mixture while stirring until it starts boiling gently. Here comes the most important part, the cheese. Pour  the cheese into the mixture and keep mixing until it’s all blended together.

Going back to the other pot, drain the water from the macaroni and then pour the cheese mixture over the drained macaroni. Stir until mixed together and then serve.
